when i went to we day there was a flood of people we had to get through to get to our seats we ended up waited for almost half in hour in line even though we had reserved seats! when we finally got to our seats i was surprised that we had really nice seats from way up on the balcony. When we were all seated and ready for the show some music was playing before hand and it was really nice then when the show started they talked about the people in kenya and how we can help them by donating a little and how we can make a diffrence in society with little things. After that they talked about how they gave a bunch of teens 150$ to help do things around there neighborhoods like planting trees or helping to bake for the less fourtunate people and just be a helpful person in your community. While that was done and intermission came we went down to the shop and i got this bracelet that a person made in swahili, the braclets were called rafiki and if you bought one you got to fund a child for one year of school suplies. When we got back from the intermission they talked mosty of the same subjects. For the reminder of time for we day a bunch on bands Played e.g tragically hip. When the we day show was done we made our way home with happy thoughts and encouragement in our minds to make the world a better place. Overall I thoroughly enjoied it and would gladly go again!
Keep going Owen!i
I'm so glad you did this Owen! Take a few minutes to read it over and check for missing punctuation/capitals. This is a very special experience and one that is important to reflect upon.
